Reservations and Payments
To reserve a position on a trip we require a deposit of 20% of the trip cost, along with our application form. All trips require a final payment 75 days before departure. We accept all major credit cards, check or money order (in USD). Our Policy and Waiver will be sent to you upon receiving your application and deposit.
Cancellations and Refunds
If, for any reason we cancel your trip prior to departure, your money is fully refundable. If you decide to cancel, below are the cancellation fees for various periods of time prior to the trip.
